Orders are generally shipped withing 1-2 business days. However,we will do our best to ship your order on the same day. We offer the following shipping options in the US (For now, UPS ground is free.):

UPS Second Day Air
UPS Three Day Select
For Canadian orders, we ship UPS Canada Standard.
We're not set up for shipping outside the US and Canada yet, but we'll give it a try if you contact us and ask. - Privacy & Security
- We only use your order information to process your order. We don't share any of our customer's information with anyone.
- Returns & Replacements
- Jewelry may be returned or exchanged withing thirty days of purchase. We can repair damaged jewelry. Contact us if your jewelry needs help. Note that our jewelry is handmcrafted and uses "found" design elements, so we may not be able to precisely replicate a particular piece.
- Ordering
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We don't actually charge your card until we have shipped your jewelry. When you've loaded up your shopping cart with booty, click Checkout and you'll be whisked (or more likely advance at a stately pace) to the checkout page. You may then either check out as a guest, register a new account with us, or log in to your existing account. The checkout process is all on one page, and you can easily go back if you need to change anything.
- Account Information
- Registering for an account with Restart Jewelry allows you to save multiple shipping addresses, track and review orders, keep a wishlist, tag products, and speed up the checkout process. However, you do not need an account to make a purchase.
- Viewing Orders
- If you have an account with us, you can check the status of all your orders by logging into the My Account page. If you have any problems with an order please contact us.
- Wholesaler Information
- Wholesale customers can use this site to purchase our jewelry. You will need to sign up for an account and then contact us so that we can set up your account for wholesale pricing.
